RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Hipsters Fashion’s 7 Days exchange policy.
- Products can be exchanged within 7 Days from the date of delivery, i.e, user have to give an intimation via an email to email@example.com within 7 days from the date of delivery. Customer satisfaction is our priorty and if you are not satisfied with your purchase then you can get the product exchnaged.
What you have to do in case you want to get your product exhcanged?
- You just have to send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from the date of delivery.We can’t bear a loss , so exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. You need to send back the material back to us within 7 days of receipt of the product using any courier of your choice. We will not be able to arrange for courier pick-up from any material that you want to exchange.
In what case you will get a refund?
- Product was not available with us or was not dispatched.
- Replacement was not available.
In which mode you will get a refund?
- Refund amount will me credited to your bank account only. For that you have to provide your bank details to us by sending an e-mail at email@example.com
Any charges in case of exchange?
- No amount will be charged . You just have to send the original product to us and exchange it for same or higher amount . In case you choose a product with higher amount, you can pay the extra amount as cash on delivery(COD).
NOTE: Products of SALE category cannot be exchanged.
You can Email Us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No and Reason for Return) should be shared with the Customer Support by email.
Exchange of Wrong or Damaged Product:
We take utmost care while shipping your order however there can be times when you received a defective or a wrong product.
You can exchange in the situation in which we have sent you a defective or wrong item as per our exchange policy mentioned above.
In a rare case you have received a defective Product or a wrong product, please immediately notify us (within 24 hours) by sending an email at email@example.com and attach the “Digital” pictures of the product received as an evidence.
What will not be considered as DEFECT :
- Difference in shade/tone
- Beads coming out
- Extra accessories missing
- Little portions of threads coming out
GUIDELINES FOR A VALID EXCHANGE/RETURN:
- Product , if any, should be in original condition.
- Box if any should be retained and returned.
- An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

- Please Note that the complete order needs to be canceled. We do not accept Partial order cancellation requests.
- Your refund will be initiated by us within 3 working days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund.
- Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 8-10 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).
- Refunds for COD orders are done in form of Store Credit or via Discount Coupon code.
